Translate a vibe into a structured image-gen prompt

Creative & Design image-genmidjourneyleonardo

Image gen models reward structured prompts. This translates a vibe into a five-axis prompt that works across Midjourney, Leonardo, and SD.

Prompt
Translate this vibe into a structured image-gen prompt.

Vibe: {{VIBE}}
Subject: {{SUBJECT}}
Target model: {{MODEL}} (Midjourney / Leonardo / SDXL / DALL-E)

Produce a prompt with these axes, written as a single flowing prompt at the end:
1. Subject + composition (camera angle, framing)
2. Lighting (time of day, source direction, contrast)
3. Color palette (3 dominant + 1 accent)
4. Material/texture (rough, glossy, weathered...)
5. Reference (photographer, painter, film, year — concrete)

Then at the very end, output the single-line prompt formatted for {{MODEL}} (with the right syntax and flags for that model).
Variables to fill in
  • {{VIBE}}
  • {{SUBJECT}}
  • {{MODEL}}

How to use this prompt

  1. Copy the prompt above (Copy button on the top-right).
  2. Replace each {{VAR}} with your own value. Variables: {{VIBE}}{{SUBJECT}}{{MODEL}}.
  3. Paste it into one of the recommended tools below.
  4. Iterate: tighten constraints in the prompt if the output is generic.

Why this prompt is structured this way

The prompt is split into explicit steps because LLMs do better when the path is named, not implied. Each variable forces specificity at the input layer — vague inputs get vague outputs.
